Our Mom, Mary Ann Mulrooney, passed peacefully on September 1, 2024.

Predeceased by her true love, our Dad, Quin Mulrooney; parents Patrick and Mary (nee Hayden) Hann; cherished aunt and second mom, Veronica "Mamam" Hann; infant brother Patrick; brother Raymond; and sister Nellie.

Beloved Mother to Debbie Brown (Henry), Sandy, Janet, Randy, Brenda, and Bradford. Proud and loving Grandma to granddaughter ChelseyTobin (Colin) and grandson Carson Tobin. Leaving to mourn and miss her every single day is sister and best friend, Cathy White (Dennis); siblings Derm Hann and Donna Pearson (Joe); dear friend and confidant, Ig Mullaley; sister-in-law Catharine Anderson; brother-in-law Desmond Mulrooney (Myna); numerous nieces and nephews; and a large circle of friends from Petite Forte and Placentia area.

Mom was our rock, right to the very end. Her admirable and unwavering strength, wisdom and courage were characteristics that she carried with her throughout her entire life. She taught each of us so very much, and we’ve never stopped learning from her.

Loved you then, love you now, love you always. 

Funeral arrangements entrusted to Maher’s Funeral Home, Placentia. Visitation to take place on Tuesday from 1:00pm to 9:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial to take place 10:30am on Wednesday, September 4th at St. Anne's Church, Dunville. Interment to follow at Dermot McGettigan Memorial Cemetery, Southeast Placentia.
